Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Client Advocate who can combine health insurance expertise with excellent customer service. Your role will involve helping clients find a health coverage plan best suited for their needs, providing support, and celebrating their successes with our team.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding and selecting health insurance coverage.
- Navigate clients through the complexities of health insurance plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and engaging attitude.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and industry regulations.

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple, relatable language.
- Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- A passion for helping others and making a difference in the community.
